Katie moved to Killeen Texas in 1992 and bought her first home there. The two diligent agents that sold her a home, hired her as their personal assistant and she became licensed 10/92. She served as their personal assistant and relocation specialist for incoming military, their concierge to Texas. She over saw their relocation from overseas to Texas. She personally helped relocate, qualify and close thousands of 1^st time home buyers. Because of these 5 years of Real Estate in the Killeen she has abundant resource of knowledge, not only of 1^st time home buyers, but all types of loans even VA loans and families in transition. Prior to Leaving the Killeen Area She was named Top 10 Listing Agent for The Ft. Hood Area.

Katie Moved to Austin in 1997 to join Coldwell Banker Wright Real Estate in Round Rock Texas. She continues to sell Real Estate in Austin and the Surrounding Hill Country. Katie is presently Listing and Selling in All of Austin and Surrounding Hill Country. Katie Actively Belongs to 4 Boards of Realtors.  These Boards cover Austin, New Braunfels, San Antonio, The Hill Country, and the Ft Hood Area.

She Continues to Serve People, Covering a Large Area of Central Texas.

Katie and Her family have lived in Shady Hollow (South Austin) since 1997. They also have a second home in the Hill Country to help better serve that area as well.  Katie’s Husband was born and raised in the Hill Country. They Own C & K Roofing and Hart Home Solutions of Austin Texas. They Have both Served and Serviced Austin for Over 25 years. Austin is where they have raised their family. Katie and Chad Hart have raised their son Nicholas who is 34 yrs old a Registered nurse for Seton Kyle and has 2 daughters, Matthew who is 31 yrs old and married and daughter Kalie 18 yrs old and Headed to College. What a blessing!

Katie’s sons attended and graduate from Bailey Middle School and Bowie High School and Pensacola Christian College. Katie’s Daughter Has Graduated from Bowie High School , she is a wonderful young lady and soon to grow up as a fabulous adult, and will attend Pensacola Christian College to be a baby nurse!! Katie and her family also spend a great deal of time on Lake Buchanan where they own a small cottage and a fishing boat. Katie’s true passion is the water and that much more the Fishing! She always has fish to give away so if you ever need fish…Just give her a call. Katie loves the outdoors; Running is also one of her passions.

Katie was born in Las Vegas NV. She grew up in Barstow, Southern, California. She graduated from the University of Anchorage Alaska, UAA with BS in Accounting. She believes she was born to live in Austin, Texas. This is her home. It fits her. This is the best place in the entire world to live and raise your family.
